Prevention from Hypertention

How can you prevent or order hypertension?
Hypertension can almost always be prevented, thus these stages are very important even if you do not have hypertension already:


1 - Maintain a weight healthy.
2 - Be physically in activity.
3 - Follow a healthy plan of consumption.
4 - Eat foods with at least sodium (salt).
5 - Drink alcohol only in moderation.
6 -Take the drugs prescribed as directed.


To be physically active is one of the most important things that you can make to prevent or order hypertension. It also helps to reduce your cardiac disease risk.

Increase in your physical-activity
It does not take much effort to become physically active. Very that you need is 30 minutes of physical-activity of moderate-level the majority of the days of the week.
