Not all dust mops are created equal. Some are excellent for gathering and pushing most dirt and debris around, similar to a broom, while others are able to attract dust like a magnet and hold on to it. Take your pick.
Members of the latter category have been treated with a product in order to be able to wield such power. Or you can find a product to use on your mop to transform it into a dust-collecting wonder tool.
In any case, an amazing attraction to dust is an excellent quality in a dry mop. Don”t knock it.
Now, if you”re looking for something that fits in with your collection of green cleaning tools, then aim for a cotton-string-based product. Some are even able to be used two ways (reversed), which spells quicker and better results with less need to clean in between.
Whatever type of fiber you choose in the end, keep your eyes open for quality design and construction, and materials that will be worth the investment.
You”ll want to estimate whether or not you can toss your mop in the washing machine from time to time to keep it clean.
Dust mops don”t appreciate being hidden in the closet all the time. Make sure you take yours for a spin on a regular basis. No batteries required. And it”s faster and more energy efficient than something you”ve got to bend over and plug in.
Keeping the dust in your house at bay will speed up weekly clean-up duty, and make receiving unexpected visitors a more positive experience. This is especially true if you have pets or plenty of people in your household. Fur and hair can accumulate quite quickly in most corners.

It is summer time and what better way to spend your time then out in the sun. But what people do not know is that to totally enjoy all that summer has to offer we first must cover up from the harmful UV rays that the sun is shining down upon us. Every time we step outside on a sunny day our skin is being bombarded by UV rays that, over time, can cause serious skin damage and even skin cancer.
One of the main causes of skin cancer is exposure to ultraviolet radiation (UV rays). These rays are invisible, and are produced by the sun. Most often skin cancer is the result of overexposing your skin to the sun. UV rays cause this skin cancer because they create changes in the skin cells; tans and sunburns are direct examples of this. Most cases of skin cancer are preventable, and you can reduce the risk of yourself getting skin cancer by taking some simple yet extremely important steps. Select shaded areas for outdoor activities; wear clothing that will cover up your arms and legs; or apply sunblock to the areas of your skin that might be exposed to the sun.
If you are not sure what coverage to use, for example sunblock or protective clothing, it is best to go with the latter. Wearing protective clothing is one of the most effective ways to protect your skin from the sun’s damaging UV rays. Unlike sunscreen, protective clothing can give you continuous protection throughout the day, and you don’t have to deal with the oiliness that sunblocks and sunscreens leave behind on your skin. There are special companies, like Sunveil Protective Clothing for instance, that manufacture protective clothing that will still let your body breath with out suffocating you under long sleeves and pants.

Sleep makes the tired body not only cheerful, but also healthy. At the time of sleep, most of the organs and cells of the body are working in slow, respiration, heart and nervous system. The temperature is reduced by 0.5 to 1.0 F. The blood pressure will be 20mm less. The tone of the skeletal muscles will be reduced. The pupils are constricted and eyes are rolled upwards. A clean body and mind, physical exercises, relaxed mood and perfect food control are sleep producing methods.
There are several health benefits of sleep. Some of the major health benefits of good sleep are as below –

Weight loss using protein meal replacement shakes is considered your best chance to lose weight correctly by Dr. David Heber Director of the UCLA Center of Human Nutrition. The protein requirement for a woman and a man are very different due to body size, height weight and muscle ratio on an individual frame. Using a protein analyzer can help you determine your targeted protein requirement per day. A good rule to follow, an average woman needs 100 grams of protein per day. An average man is 150 grams.
Calories
Eating enough calories is just as important as not eating too many. Consuming the correct type of calories will help your body turn off the feeling of hunger around the fourth day of eating right. Taking meal replacement shakes and replacing two of your meals helps assure you are getting the healthy calories your body needs along with the correct vitamins and nutrients. Not getting enough healthy calories per day will cause your body to stop the fat burning process.
Which Meal Replacement Should I Use
Choosing a meal replacement shake is rather simple just make sure the company has a minimum of 20 year in business as the new companies usually have to use lower cost ingredients to off set the heavy advertising costs. A company with 20 years business history has enough repeat customers and brand recognition that they can not afford to have poor quality products.
Meal Replacement Ratios
Meal replacement shakes should contain a good protein, carb and sugar ratio example Carb 52g shake is 200 calories, 3g fat, trans fat 0 carbs of which 3g is sugar, and 20g protein.
Great Meal Replacement Shake for Nutrition
Healthy meal replacement 8oz shake is 180 calories, 1g fat, 13g carbs of which 9g are sugar, and 9g protein. This is one of the best meal replacements around because it offers a decent number of calories with very little fat and a good amount of protein. Add Personalized Protein Powder to enhance any meal replacement shake. Be smart when you choose a meal replacement shake. Anything with too much sugar or too few calories can cause you to eat more and defeats the whole purpose of buying the product in the first place.

This is not an article about how to get free health care insurance or insurance coverage. This article addresses how to get free medical care in certain circumstances.
Hospital Care
If you are ever in need to hospital care, expect even a short stay to cost tens of thousands of dollars. If you do not have health insurance coverage, just a stay of a few days can bring you financial ruin and bankruptcy. If you need hospital care and do not have insurance or cannot afford to pay for the care, contact the Hill-Burton Hotline at 800-638-0742. Through this program, hundreds of hospitals and care facilities participate in a no-cost program for providing health care services to those who cannot pay.
In 1946, Congress passed a law that gave hospitals, nursing homes and other health facilities grants and loans for construction and modernization. In return, they agreed to provide a reasonable volume of services to persons unable to pay and to make their services available to all persons residing in the facility’s area. The program stopped providing funds in 1997, but about 200 health care facilities nationwide are still obligated to provide free or reduced-cost care.
Eye Care
Buy a newspaper or pick up a Yellow pages and check out the community service section pages. Often there will be announcements by the Kiwanis or Lions Clubs of America discussing programs that provide for free or very low-cost eye care services, eyeglasses and eye exams. There may also be help from your individual state’s Elderly or Aging Office. Each state is different but most have a wide variety of eye-care programs. You can find more information at
